Aquasky

Introducing… Aquasky!

“Pure Water is the World’s First and Foremost Medicine.” – Slovakian Proverb.

After 6 months of working on this exciting project, I am so happy to announce the launch of Aquasky! Previously known as Cape Air Water, this amazing water company has now expanded and re-branded. And I am pleased to announce that I am their brand ambassador. Along with my content creator from Table Bay Productions, Jason Children, we have been working hard on some very exciting content for Aquasky and entertaining videos for everyone to enjoy.

What makes Aquasky unique?

The thing that makes Aquasky so unique, sustainable and pure, is that it is atmospheric generated water. In other words, the water is made from the air. Using very little electricity, the Aquasky machines magically turn the surrounding air into water! Just like that! (Okay so obviously there’s a little more involved than that…! Be sure to watch the video at the beginning of this blog “Conversations with Michelle” where I interview Brendan Williamson, the managing director and founder of Aquasky, and find out the entire process of turning air into water)

“We never know the worth of water till the well is dry.”– Thomas Fuller, Historian.

During the severe drought that hit Cape Town in recent years, we were all made abruptly aware of how precious water really is. I love being a part of the Aquasky brand because since their water is generated from the air, it is sustainable. It is made right outside Cape Town in the Paarl winelands, so their carbon footprint is extremely low, unlike some other water companies who import their water. It also tastes really amazing and pure! Any more questions? Check out their FAQ.

Exciting things to come:

We are all aware of how bad plastic is to the environment, and Aquasky is no different. They are a mission to become an eco-friendly water company with plant bottles, instead of plastic. They also offer a refill service for their glass bottles! They are also planning on expanding globally, so that each region will be able to get locally sourced water, thus reducing the carbon footprint of exported water.
