10 tips for drinking more water

We all know we should be drinking more water and I’m sure most of us do not drink enough. That’s why I thought I’d share my top 10 tips for staying hydrated. There are so many amazing benefits of drinking water! (Check out this article I found about 15 benefits of drinking water)

Here are some of my best tips for drinking enough water:

1 💧 First of all, drink high quality water like Aquasky Water – atmospheric generated water (water made from the air) with a PH of 8.3. Not only is it sustainable and healthy, but it tastes great too. I drink this water every day because it’s so tasty and convenient.

2 💧 Add lemon juice, a slice of lemon, cucumber or berries to your water if you don’t like the taste of regular water

3 💧 Take a bottle of water with you in the car every time you drive

4 💧 Order a glass of water every time you go to a restaurant/coffee shop

5 💧 Put a note on your fridge, in your diary, or anywhere you will notice it often, to remind you to drink water

6 💧 Keep water next to your bed at night

7 💧 Drink a glass of water before you eat breakfast/have your morning coffee. It’s a great way to start the day and you feel like you’ve achieved something before you’ve even started your day. And then make sure you drink a glass of water with every meal.

8 💧 Drink caffeine free tea, this counts towards your water intake!

9 💧 Set an alarm on your phone to remind you to drink water

10 💧 Go for convenience. Aquasky water has a great water refill service which has greatly helped me stay hydrated. They deliver glass bottles of still and/or sparkling water in wooden crates and then you keep the bottles for them to collect and refill once you’re done. Just like the old-school milk bottle service! See more about their refill service here.
